Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Destination

We currently ship within the United States only.

At this time, international shipping is not available.

Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping

Orders from $0.01 to $69.99: $6.00
No additional handling or processing fees are charged.

Shipping Carrier & Order Tracking

Orders are shipped through United States Postal Service (USPS).

Once your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to the email address used when placing the order.

If you have a customer account, you can also view your order status and tracking information by logging into your account.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only to addresses within the United States.

Orders with delivery addresses outside the United States cannot be processed.

Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to ship and deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to holidays, severe weather, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your shipment is significantly delayed, we will notify you using the contact information provided with your order whenever possible.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives with significant damage, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date or the delivery confirmation.

Our team will review the issue and work with the shipping carrier to help resolve it.
